Location: South Tirol, I

The location of this new roof-top apartment has two unique sides to it. On the south a garden space which is protected from a grapes-grown hill. On the north a wide panorama with views towards a church, a lake and a historic castle. The specific analysis focuses on these visual connections which in turn generated the plan. From all main interior spaces one now experiences the two unique exterior spatial qualities enriching the relationship between interior and exterior in terms of vision and light.
